Returns Policy & Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 14 days. Unfortunately, if 14 days have gone by since delivery, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

– To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

– To c

omplete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

– To initiate a return, please contact us. Once your return is accepted, we'll provide a return label and address.

– If a refund is applicable, we will process it promptly. However, please keep in mind that the cost of return shipping fee is paid by buyer.

If you are shipping an item over $20, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted

Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

If you did not receive your product within 75 days you will get a full refund of your purchase.

Delivery failure notice

Pandamess cannot be held responsible for deliveries made to incorrect or insufficient addresses provided by customers or for cases where delivery fails due to no one being present at the address. In such situations, customers will need to place a new order with the correct details.

Order cancellation Refunds 

You can cancel within 30 minutes of purchase.

Please note that we will not be able to amend a delivery address once the order has been placed.

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@pandamess.com

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
